Fisher Price – Jumperoo

Tired from all the jumping ❤

I’ve seen this Fisher Price Jumperoo from a close friend while I was still in Qatar. She bought it for her daughter and I’ve seen the joy in her eyes whenever she was on this contraption. I then swore that I will look for the same when Lowe’s at the right age.

The only downside to this Jumperoo was that it was freaking expensive! A brand new one will cost you a whopping Php 5,000+ (approximately USD 100). I was scratching my head whether it is worth it? Nah. For a toy that he will play for a limited time, not a chance! However, deep inside me, a nagging feeling settles and keeps on whispering that Lowe will enjoy this tremendously as he likes to jump when being held.

I was conflicted to say the least.

Then I told myself, I will just wait for a bazaar, I might find it cheaper there. I found one but not exaaactly the one on the photo so I wasn’t convinced and I didn’t want to fork out my Php 3,000 easily for something I wasn’t totally into.

Then came the Facebook Marketplace. A place where you can see everything. From brand new to used. Original to replica.

Everything!

Hindi ako maselan, so I decided to search for a Jumperoo there, even a used one will do. I even searched within our area.

For the first few days, I could see that the cheapest and used one still costs around Php 2,000. I waited and I searched, I turned on my notification for “Jumperoo”.

Miraculously, an ad popped up a few days later and it is within the area and is costing only Php 1,500! A few minutes drive from where I live. I contacted the seller and when I found out that we shared the same Alma Mater, I knew, this is it!

So, to make my story short.

Yes, Jumperoo is sooooo worth it. My little bubba was enjoying the night jumping up and down.

His smile was priceless.
